Head of EU Out-of-Home Delivery

What you will do

• Develop and execute the European out-of-home delivery strategy across all markets.
• Own the PUDO and parcel locker strategies, roadmaps, fulfilment processes, and operational standards.
• Build strategic partnerships with retail businesses, PUDO providers, and external locker networks.
• Lead the evaluation and development of JD Logistics' own locker network and technology pilots.
• Lead the central European out-of-home delivery team and coordinate country team leads.
• Work with Commercial, Operations, Product, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Customer Service teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing strategy across multiple European markets.
• Ability to manage PUDO and locker network expansion, partnerships, fulfilment, and delivery standards.
• Experience leading central and local teams responsible for network development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational improvements.
• Availability to work in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
