What you will do

• Analyze and optimize global supply chain, operations, logistics, material flows, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop strategies to improve inventory management, delivery performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Design KPI systems, reporting solutions, and Power BI dashboards for global operations and supply chain functions.
• Lead and support international cross-functional improvement projects.
• Collaborate with global sites, supply chain, sales, controlling, and technical functions to implement improvements.
• Prepare management presentations and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in global project management, preferably with Lean Management or continuous improvement expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, KPI frameworks, and data visualization tools, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of process management, standardization, and digital workflow design.
• Strong analytical and English communication skills, with experience collaborating internationally.
• Willingness to travel and a structured, collaborative, solution-oriented working style.
