Network Planner (f/m/d) – Saalfeld (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply planning across finished goods, materials, inventory, and distribution.
• Build and maintain production and supply plans that balance customer demand, inventory, and available capacity.
• Monitor supply, demand, and inventory risks and act early to protect service levels.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain teams, suppliers, and third-party manufacturers to resolve constraints and maintain product availability.
• Review planning performance, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Support S&OP discussions with clear analysis of supply risks, opportunities, and priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or a related field.
• Strong experience with MPS, MRP, and/or DRP planning.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Proactive approach to challenging existing processes and identifying improvements.

Nice to have

• APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification.
• Equivalent practical experience in place of certification.
