Location: On-site in Wisbech, Peterborough, or Spalding, UK (postcode PE13 2RD); Monday–Friday shift pattern

What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the site.
- Lead the onsite team and align short- and long-term staffing needs with site management.
- Oversee recruitment activities, staffing levels, and new-starter onboarding.
- Prepare management information and run weekly meetings with client operations and HR teams.
- Close weekly payroll, process adjustments and holiday pay, distribute cost reports, and obtain purchase order numbers for invoicing.
- Monitor team performance, company systems, KPIs, site-specific SLAs, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong IT skills and understanding of Google Sheets.
- Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the UK location and follow the Monday–Friday shift pattern.
