Talent Acquisition Partner - US (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, calibrate roles, and establish interview processes.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and employer brand initiatives.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Improve hiring operations, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Help shape recruiting strategy as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth cybersecurity startups.
• Experience recruiting go-to-market roles.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and sound judgment.
• Excellent candidate-facing presence and the ability to collaborate in a global environment.
• Ability to lead hiring processes end to end.
