Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements as the subject matter expert across the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to MSP partners and prospects.
• Translate complex Microsoft 365 concepts into clear, commercially relevant value propositions.
• Support technical discovery, solution evaluation, onboarding, and early-stage adoption.
• Share market and customer insights with product development and sales strategy teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, and Purview.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience with complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, and technical validation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, commercial awareness, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
