Senior Analyst, Subscription Renewal & Operations (SaaS)

Location: Santa Clara, California office; primarily in-office

Annual base salary: $126,000–$189,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the operational lifecycle for the Foundation and Forever subscription offerings.
• Analyze renewal and Quote-to-Cash workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable process improvements.
• Define, document, and validate functional requirements for system enhancements with IT and engineering.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Order Management, and IT as the operational subject matter expert.
• Drive adoption of new processes and product capabilities, prioritize enhancements, and manage delivery through Jira.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, business operations, revenue operations, subscription operations, or Quote-to-Cash within a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment.
• Understanding of subscription business models and hardware product configuration complexity.
• Experience defining, documenting, and validating business requirements for system enhancements.
• Functional knowledge of CRM, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, dashboard, KPI, and operational data skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders.
