Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Golden Valley, Minnesota, United States of America; onsite position

Salary: $95,500–$177,300 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technology partner and trusted advisor for Pool business stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into Salesforce roadmaps, initiatives, requirements, and solution improvements.
• Support and continuously improve the Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud implementation across commercial, service, field operations, and channel partner processes.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, user story creation, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, integration teams, and implementation partners to design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Coordinate Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, release readiness, training, adoption, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Product Owner, or similar enterprise application professional.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including experience with one or more of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Manufacturing Cloud.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, process flows, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders, plus strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator certifications; knowledge of ERP, CPQ, customer master data, integrations, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Salesforce Center of Excellence governance.
