Legal Solutions Engineer (Legal AI)

hirify.global is building a legal operations platform for in-house legal teams, combining structured workflows with AI agents and human legal judgment.

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for new customers and configure the platform for legal use cases.
• Design workflows and AI-enabled automation tailored to each organisation.
• Work directly with legal teams and Legal Ops leaders to understand processes and recommend implementation best practices.
• Support customer onboarding, early adoption, and expansion into additional workflows.
• Partner with Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
• Share recurring customer requests and usage insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience in legal tech, legal operations, process transformation, or SaaS implementation and solutions consulting with a legal background.
• Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams operate.
• Experience managing customer projects and guiding stakeholders through change.
• Comfort working across legal and technical domains.
• Structured thinking and the ability to turn complex processes into clear systems.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
