Legal Solutions Engineer (Legal AI)

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for new customers.
• Design and configure legal workflows and automation for specific organisational needs.
• Work with legal teams and Legal Operations leaders to understand processes and translate them into structured, AI-enabled workflows.
• Support customer onboarding, early adoption, and expansion into additional use cases.
• Partner with Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
• Share recurring customer insights and product feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or process transformation.
• Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams work.
• Ability to manage customer projects and guide stakeholders through change.
• Comfort working across legal and technical domains.
• Structured approach to turning complex processes into clear systems.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

Nice to have

• Background as a Legal Engineer, Legal Operations professional, lawyer in legal technology, or SaaS implementation or solutions consultant with legal experience.
