Location: Hybrid, based out of hubs in London, San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, or Seattle

What you will do
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end solution implementation.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using the platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts and generative AI capabilities into clear solution recommendations for customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, providing customer feedback that influences the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to reduce customer time-to-value.
- Drive adoption and expansion of AI solutions within strategic customer accounts.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, including at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience working with APIs.
- Experience designing sophisticated prompts and applying linguistic principles to AI applications.
- Track record of delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, including the ability to explain AI concepts to technical teams and C-suite leaders.
- Builder mindset with enthusiasm for emerging technologies and generative AI.
