Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, with in-office attendance required one day per week; candidates must live within commuting distance.

Base salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Own the technical deployment and strategy for Fortune 500 client accounts.
• Gather client requirements and advise on data architecture, API implementation, and data management best practices.
• Build and deploy custom integrations using JavaScript and Python with AI-assisted development tools.
• Debug technical issues across modern web applications and native mobile environments.
• Translate client needs into actionable technical specifications for analytics, product, and engineering teams.
• Continuously research hirify.global features and improve technical solution quality.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing technical role such as consulting, professional services, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Degree or background in Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of web and native mobile development concepts.
• Hands-on experience debugging web applications with browser developer tools, network payloads, and data capture issues.
• Experience using AI tools to build technical solutions and the judgment to validate and correct their output.
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
