Manufacturing Technician (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid; Tukwila, Washington, with work in aerospace manufacturing facilities in the Littleton, Colorado area. Must be a U.S. person eligible to work with ITAR-controlled technology.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year, plus 0.01%–0.05% equity.

What you will do

• Manufacture and assemble key flight hardware for satellite servicing missions.
• Support on-site assembly, qualification, and integration activities.
• Use manufacturing equipment and hardware assembly processes.
• Assist engineering teams in preparing hardware for space missions.
• Learn quickly, take ownership, and solve changing production challenges.

Requirements

• U.S. person status is required under ITAR regulations.
• Willingness and ability to work in the Littleton, Colorado area is required.
• Previous experience with wire harnessing, machining, or other manufacturing processes.
• Prior experience assembling hardware or assisting with manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
