  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, assembly, and integration, preferably in a high-production-rate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Experience developing manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions, as well as using CAD/CAM, PLM, or ERP systems.
  • Experience planning or executing electrical and functional testing of components or complete spacecraft, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of inspection techniques, quality control methodologies, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or similar aerospace quality management systems.
  • Programming experience with Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools.
  • Experience with vibration, thermal, or pneumatic environmental testing.
  • Understanding of spacecraft subsystem interactions and cross-functional design trade-offs.

Culture & Benefits

  • Equity participation and a startup environment with more than $500M in funding.
  • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, plus life insurance.
  • Paid vacation starting at 15 days and increasing to 20+ days annually, along with 10 paid holidays.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching and eight weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Childcare reimbursement for work-related travel, catered lunches, snacks, office socials, and a Playa Vista office designed for in-person collaboration.
