IFS Support Engineer

What you will do

• Analyze and diagnose software faults and technical configuration issues across the hirify.global product suite.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software resolutions aligned with hirify.global Cloud architecture and industry standards.
• Use product, functional, and cross-product expertise to resolve customer issues and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and issue resolution across stakeholders and resolver groups.
• Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to provide clear technical information and develop business solutions.
• Create knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and FAQs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification in software or systems engineering, or IT operations.
• Conceptual knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive technical issue resolution.
• Knowledge of database programming, such as Oracle SQL or PL/SQL, is preferred.
• Prior experience with hirify.global technology is beneficial; willingness to learn and develop expertise is required.
• Understanding of support policies, product offerings, product versions, and organizational process guidelines.
