Application & Production Support (SQL & Java, Linux)

What you will do

• Provide technical and product support for complex client issues and queries.
• Triage, validate, track, and progress requests in line with service-level agreements.
• Analyse application logs, data feeds, APIs, and client configurations to identify root causes.
• Report design, reliability, maintenance, and software issues to engineering teams.
• Review support transition checklists and manage small customer-experience projects.
• Coordinate with technical support, product, engineering, and production operations teams on escalations and load-processing issues.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of IT experience in Java techno-functional support.
• Experience in client-facing support, client communication, training, governance calls, escalations, and ticket queue management.
• Strong Java application support and configuration-debugging skills.
• Ability to debug SQL issues and write queries using joins and grouping.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and application log analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote technical teams.

• Financial services or capital markets domain knowledge.
