Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in engineering, research, operations, or organizational leadership.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Experience navigating critical growth phases and delivering at the frontier of emerging technology.
• Founders, early executives, C-suite leaders, technical leaders who have shipped novel AI systems, and high-velocity operators are especially encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in person at the San Francisco headquarters five days per week, with one company-wide remote week per month.
