[Founder's Office] Chief of Staff to the CEO (AI)

What you will do

• Partner directly with the CEO and founding team as a trusted sounding board, proxy, and executor of founder priorities.
• Prepare the CEO for board meetings, investor conversations, and high-stakes decisions.
• Own finance-adjacent operations, including vendor decisions, budget tracking, prioritization, and analysis.
• Run leadership meetings, weekly business reviews, planning cycles, and company operating cadence.
• Lead ambiguous cross-functional projects across strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, customer success, product, and engineering.
• Create strategy memos, board and investor materials, company communications, and data-grounded decision narratives while using AI tools to research, draft, model, and automate work.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a high-agency role such as startup operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or strategy and business operations.
• Experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes work end to end and growing an undefined mandate into reliable systems, decisions, or outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data fluency, including spreadsheet work, financial modeling, and data-based reasoning.
• Sharp written and verbal communication, with the ability to write concise memos and represent the CEO.
• Commercial mindset, willingness to take sales calls, learn the product deeply, and understand customer needs and ARR growth.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, judgment, ownership, and comfort working in startup ambiguity.
