Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site with in-person attendance 4–5 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$280,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for critical housing workflows and customer experiences.
• Partner with customers to understand operational pain points across the resident lifecycle.
• Build AI-native products that automate repetitive operational tasks while maintaining trust and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, GTM, and customers to ship high-impact features.
• Translate complex operational requirements into intuitive product experiences and define product requirements.
• Prioritize roadmaps, drive execution from concept through launch, and improve adoption, efficiency, and outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally building AI-native products.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex operational processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data for product decisions.
• High ownership mentality and accountability.
• Passion for building products with meaningful real-world impact.
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 4–5 days a week.
