Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $145,000–$225,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of the Data Factory, from early prototypes through scaled production systems.
• Lead complex operational efforts and design workflows and automation for scale.
• Build initial scripts, queries, dashboards, and prototypes, then partner with Engineering on production implementation.
• Translate customer-focused model capabilities into workflows, requirements, and project plans.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Research to take systems from idea to deployment.
• Use data to diagnose issues, measure performance, and improve throughput, quality, and cost.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, a technical or STEM field, or comparable work experience.
• 2–8 years of experience in product, operations, consulting, or startup environments.
• Experience as a product manager, technical program manager, founder, or technical operator accountable for outcomes.
• Highly proficient in SQL and able to develop lightweight end-to-end prototypes.
• Experience building tools or taking complex business problems from data foundation through analysis to implementation.
• Strong systems thinking, product intuition, execution skills, and ability to collaborate with engineers and researchers.
