Senior Data Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. work authorization required

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for the data platform, third-party integrations, and end-user data enablement.
• Own the roadmap for the data stack, metrics layers, proprietary data models, and AI-enabled data capabilities.
• Manage integrations across referrals, billing, marketing, and clinical systems.
• Define data quality, reliability, validation, monitoring, and alerting requirements.
• Deliver self-serve analytics, attribution, segmentation, automation, and AI capabilities for Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, prioritize ambiguous problems, define success metrics, and balance operational needs with long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years working with data platforms, data products, or data infrastructure.
• Working fluency with ELT, cloud warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI, semantic layers, and reverse ETL.
• Ability to read and write SQL and reason about data grain, joins, duplication, and completeness.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and interconnected systems.
• Experience with metric definitions, data governance, self-serve data products, product strategy, and long-term roadmaps.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Familiarity with AI automation, large language models, and decision-support systems.
