Silicon Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive ASIC and subsystem development from concept through fabrication, validation, and production release.
• Manage the full silicon and firmware development lifecycle in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate software, hardware, architecture, product management, and engineering stakeholders to align requirements and constraints.
• Lead process improvements across teams to strengthen collaboration and execution efficiency.
• Independently manage complex programs, milestones, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Support delivery of high-quality ASIC solutions for large-scale AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in ASIC development and 3+ years in program management, product management, or technical/engineering management.
• Experience managing ASIC design flow, RTL, synthesis, functional verification, and physical layout.
• Strong leadership, organization, multitasking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage projects from technical details through high-level strategy with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with pre-silicon testing, including emulation and FPGA, and post-silicon validation.
• Familiarity with networking technologies and concepts.
• Strategic planning and communication skills with a strong focus on execution.
