Silicon Technical Program Manager (ASIC)

What you will do

• Drive ASIC development and subsystem programs from concept through production with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage the full silicon and firmware development cycle, including design, fabrication, validation, and production release.
• Coordinate software, hardware, and architecture teams to align product requirements and technical constraints.
• Lead process improvements across multiple teams to strengthen collaboration and execution efficiency.
• Manage complex projects, timelines, and milestones with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with product management and architecture teams to deliver high-quality ASIC solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of ASIC development experience and 3+ years in program management, product management, or technical/engineering management.
• Experience managing ASIC design flows, RTL, synthesis, functional verification, and physical layout.
• Proven leadership, project ownership, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage technical details and broader program objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with pre-silicon testing, including emulation or FPGA, and post-silicon validation.
• Familiarity with networking technologies and concepts.
• Strategic planning and strong execution focus.
