What you will do
- Own and drive the end-to-end NPI program lifecycle for hardware products.
- Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans and schedules.
- Partner with Engineering to translate product requirements into manufacturable designs.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing for build readiness.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and program reviews.
- Continuously improve NPI processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in program management focused on hardware NPI.
- Strong background in hardware manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional programs.
- Experience leading build phases and driving readiness.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
