Program Manager - Product & Engineering Operations

hirify.global is hiring for Product & Engineering Operations, which connects product planning, project execution, development delivery, and organizational decision-making across R&D.

What you will do

• Own the rollout and adoption of company-wide product and development processes.
• Define operating models, workflows, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms.
• Work with Product Managers, Development Managers, Program Managers, and engineering teams to improve execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in quality, predictability, and organizational efficiency.
• Deploy and adopt workflow tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and monitoring frameworks.
• Lead change management until new processes become the standard way of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience in Product Management or Software Development.
• Experience defining and deploying company-wide processes and operating models.
• Experience implementing workflow, planning, tracking, ALM, or reporting systems.
• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 15288, ISO 26262, or comparable development frameworks, including translating requirements into practical ways of working.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-influence, KPI, dashboard, and data-driven improvement skills.
