Process Integration/Yield Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Kiryat-Gat, Israel; hybrid work model with regular on-site work at the assigned hirify.global site

What you will do

• Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for device miniaturization and defect control.
• Conduct tests, measurements, and data analysis to maintain critical dimensions and defectivity within specifications.
• Implement process and equipment modifications to improve efficiency, yield, cost performance, safety, and productivity.
• Lead equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps.
• Develop early detection and resolution systems for process and equipment discrepancies.
• Support technology transfers to global manufacturing sites through training and audits, and collaborate with suppliers on technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electronics, or Optoelectronics Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant Metro Engineering experience and high proficiency with toolsets related to wet etch processes.
• Expertise in tests, measurements, and data analysis for identifying and resolving process variability.
• Practical experience or strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience with wet etch systems, processes, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation solutions, and manufacturing systems for process optimization.
• Exposure to Model-Based Problem Solving (MBPS).
