Member of GTM Staff, Scientific Solutions

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York; approximately 40% travel.

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 annually for Tier 1 cities, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding for strategic pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers, helping teams become engaged and productive.
• Develop success plans covering outcomes, milestones, stakeholders, risks, and evidence of value.
• Drive adoption through training, workshops, office hours, champion development, and direct engagement with scientific users.
• Track account health, identify risks early, and coordinate actions across teams and workstreams.
• Run customer cadences and executive reviews focused on progress, value, priorities, and next steps.
• Bring customer insights back to hirify.global, support renewals and expansion, and create repeatable customer-success playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in scientific solutions, customer success, technical account management, field applications, consulting, or another customer-facing life sciences technology role.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery, biopharma R&D, or scientific research workflows.
• Experience guiding complex enterprise customers from onboarding through sustained adoption and measurable value.
• Strong program leadership across multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams.
• Clear communication with scientific users, technical teams, and senior executives.
• Comfort working in an early-stage environment with evolving products, customer models, and playbooks.

Nice to have

• PhD or bench science background in drug discovery, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience supporting AI or computational tools in pharmaceutical R&D or research.
• Experience building scientific solutions infrastructure, including playbooks, health scoring, and onboarding programs.
