Director, Solutions Development (Warehouse Automation)

What you will do

• Lead the execution of the solutions development strategy across North America.
• Direct solution consulting and presales teams supporting complex, high-value opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers, distributors, consultants, and technology partners.
• Evaluate proposed solutions for operational performance, business impact, and return on investment.
• Translate customer pain points, partner needs, and technical capabilities into input for product, commercial, strategy, and marketing teams.
• Create enablement tools, training materials, dashboards, standards, and best practices for internal teams and partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, supply chain technology, material handling, or a related industry.
• Deep understanding of warehouse technology and experience developing complex solutions that improve operations.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders, managing strategic opportunities, and building long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Strong commercial skills, including revenue growth, business development, and strategic opportunity management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across commercial, product, engineering, and partner organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
