Director, AI Innovation Lab Experience Lead (AI)

Location: Full-time office-based position in the Dallas metro area at the Dallas, TX Innovation Lab; candidates must be based in the Dallas metro area or willing to move to Dallas, TX.

Salary: $179,760–$341,520 annually in the U.S.; location-specific ranges apply in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York City, Washington, and Washington, DC. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate rapid innovation sessions, workshops, and immersive AI experiences for C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
• Build trusted customer relationships and manage engagements from pre-qualification through post-delivery analysis.
• Support pre-sales, engagement scoping, proposal development, pipeline creation, and opportunity reporting.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, and subject-matter experts to prepare and deliver customer sessions.
• Promote reuse of customer experience assets and adoption of AI Lab methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Develop thought leadership on AI trends and contribute to professional development across the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience facilitating senior-level workshops, innovation sessions, or strategic advisory engagements.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to pre-sales, scoping, and opportunity development.
• Confident communication skills with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AI and emerging technology trends, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong organization skills for managing multiple concurrent customer engagements.
• Must work from the Dallas, TX office and be based in or willing to move to the Dallas metro area.

Nice to have

• Experience with an innovation lab, design thinking practice, or rapid prototyping environment.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, tools, or methodologies for enterprise transformation.
• Experience with go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, or business development in consulting or technology.
