What you will do

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on complex customer solutions across Sales, Customer Experience, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams.
• Participate in discovery and scope business requirements, workflows, integrations, data migration, and advanced configurations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, product gaps, and delivery constraints during solution design.
• Validate proposed solutions against product capabilities, implementation standards, and delivery feasibility.
• Guide complex implementations, architecture decisions, data strategies, scope changes, and partner-led delivery.
• Improve discovery questions, scoping templates, solution-design frameworks, and implementation best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Implementation, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting complex customer solutions from discovery through implementation.
• Strong understanding of business software, IT systems, integrations, and technical and functional solution design.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and recommend scalable, supportable solutions.
