Supply Chain Digital Transformation Consulting Lead

What you will do

• Define and lead digital transformation strategies across global Supply Chain organizations.
• Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders, facilitate strategic workshops, and guide transformation journeys.
• Lead Supply Chain advisory, process consulting, technology consulting, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Manage RFP/RFI and pre-sales activities, develop proposals, and present tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with clients, cloud providers, and technology partners to identify strategic opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and client engagements from solution design and implementation through deployment and evaluation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital Supply Chain consulting or a senior role within global Supply Chain.
• Broad end-to-end Supply Chain expertise, including areas such as planning, procurement, inventory, S&OP, transportation, warehousing, order management, and network design.
• Hands-on design and implementation experience with SAP, o9, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
• Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud technology, IIoT, big data, analytics, and custom software development.
• Strong communication, executive stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Experience in CPG/FMCG, retail, or automotive.
• Experience at a Tier-1 management consulting firm.
• Relevant professional certifications.
