Senior Solution Consultant - Americas (Supply Chain SaaS)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the office. Frequent domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery workshops and identify customer business drivers, supply chain priorities, and operational requirements.
• Design solutions using platform capabilities, integrations, data flows, and workflow adoption plans.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and quantify operational efficiency, predictive ETA accuracy, and cost-saving outcomes.
• Create technical proposals, proof-of-value plans, Statements of Work, and responses to customer RFPs.
• Lead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value initiatives, managing technical dependencies and solution risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and support post-sale handover.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, presales, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS.
• Direct experience with supply chain, logistics, or transportation technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures, data integration, and digital logistics solutions.
• Ability to explain complex operational challenges, present tailored software solutions, and build trust with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Autonomous, self-directed approach with experience collaborating across international and remote teams.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Japanese.
• Interest in taking on future leadership responsibilities.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
