Location: Corpus Christi, Texas, United States; full-time on-site role

What you will do
- Manage site receiving, delivery scheduling, gate coordination, unloading, inspection, OS&D documentation, and same-day purchase-order records.
- Organize laydown yards, warehouse areas, and climate-controlled storage using documented material-location systems.
- Enforce OEM preservation and maintenance requirements for transformers, generators, VFDs, electronics, and other major equipment.
- Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, reconcile physical inventory against purchase orders, BOMs, and issue records, and report shortages.
- Control material requisitions, staging, sign-out accountability, returns, surplus, and attrition tracking for trade partners.
- Coordinate with superintendents, planners, logistics managers, vendors, crane and forklift resources to align material readiness with the three-week lookahead.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in site materials management, warehousing, or field logistics on industrial, power, or data center construction projects.
- Direct experience receiving and storing major electrical and mechanical equipment, including OEM preservation requirements.
- Strong inventory-control discipline, including location systems, cycle counts, and audit-ready reconciliation.
- Fluency with inventory or ERP tools and Excel.
- Comfort working daily in an active construction environment with superintendents and trade crews.
- Ability to work full-time on site in Corpus Christi, Texas.

- Barcode or scanning-system experience.
- Forklift certification and rigging awareness.
- OSHA 10/30 certification.
