Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Applicants must be a U.S. Person under ITAR and EAR requirements and eligible to obtain required export authorizations.

What you will do
- Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, movement, and daily handling of aerospace materials and components.
- Lead, mentor, and train material handlers on aerospace handling standards, safety, and FOD prevention.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness for builds, engineering changes, and configuration updates.
- Manage ERP/MRP material transactions and maintain accurate inventory reporting.
- Partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve non-conforming material issues and support MRB processes.
- Develop materials management procedures and support budgeting, capacity planning, and resource management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or a related field plus 7+ years of materials experience in a complex R&D or low-rate production environment, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with inventory reporting systems.
- Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain required export authorizations under ITAR and EAR regulations.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry items or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.

- Experience in the aerospace or Department of Defense industry.
- Experience complying with Federal Acquisition Regulations and NASA requirements for materials and property compliance.
