Material Flow Specialist

hirify.global is localizing the battery supply chain through recovery, reuse, recycling, energy storage, and battery-material production in the United States.

What you will do

• Coordinate the efficient internal flow of materials supporting production.
• Receive raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers.
• Pick and load inventory required by production areas and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Train and lead material handlers across receiving, inventory control, and loading activities.
• Manage warehouse management system transactions and create reports for operational decisions.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts while developing material-flow strategies and quality controls.

Requirements

• Strong command of written and verbal English required.
• Demonstrated safety track record, particularly in material-handling operations.
• Willingness to contribute at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to work the assigned 12-hour A or C shift schedule.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience.
• Previous warehousing experience.
