Implementation Manager (Corporate Actions)

What you will do

• Lead client implementations of the SaaS Corporate Actions and Income Processing application across the Americas.
• Define and manage testing strategies, training plans, change control, risks, dependencies, and implementation governance.
• Define data integration mappings, configuration requirements, conversion strategies, and runbooks.
• Manage mock conversions, go-live activities, production readiness, environment setup, releases, and supporting reporting.
• Lead production comparisons and reconciliations between legacy outputs and the hirify.global solution using BDC.
• Manage implementation resources, represent hirify.global in steering committees and working groups, and coordinate client and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a conversions or implementation consultant/manager delivering SaaS projects for wealth or capital markets organizations.
• At least 2 years of project management experience and 1 year of team leadership experience managing teams of up to 5 resources.
• Experience with large-scale projects, full project lifecycles, governance, and agile delivery using JIRA.
• Strong client-facing, critical-thinking, reporting, risk-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with data analysis using SQL and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
• The role is associated with Newark, NJ, United States and is remote.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset servicing platforms in wealth management, investment banking, or other financial environments.
• Subject matter expertise in dividends, coupons, tax, and mandatory or elective corporate actions.
• Knowledge of event capture, data quality, positions and transactions, entitlement processing, ledgers, and integrations with US market participants such as BoNY and DTCC.
• Product knowledge covering equities and fixed income, plus experience with hirify.global products or BDC.
