Product Analyst SR – Payments Performance (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve card performance capabilities, including Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, and 3DS.
• Analyze payment performance metrics and lead data-driven initiatives to improve conversion, authorization rates, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, and external providers to investigate issues and deliver payment-performance solutions.
• Lead discovery initiatives and assess new technologies, payment providers, and strategies to strengthen redundancy across countries and partners.
• Establish monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and processes that support continuous optimization and scalability.
• Track payment-industry trends and technologies to keep products aligned with market practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and translating insights into product decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business teams.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to use AI-powered tools for analysis, documentation, and execution while applying sound business judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Familiarity with card technologies such as Network Token, Account Updater, Card-on-File, 3DS, smart routing, and anti-fraud solutions.
• Experience with payment providers, acquirers, issuers, and card schemes.
• Familiarity with SQL, Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, or Looker.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
