Sr. Product Manager (Payments)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office, as confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Expand hirify.global’s Network Processing Platform by launching new products and solutions for issuer and acceptance networks.
• Manage hirify.globalNet enhancement and new-solution development projects across global, regional, and local teams.
• Translate market needs into product enhancements, business cases, requirements, implementation strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Network Product Value-Added Services, including market analysis, commercialization, adoption, support, and KPI tracking.
• Design and manage local implementation of processing integrity and data quality policies, standards, reporting, and compliance programs.
• Coordinate stakeholders, risk assessments, budgets, timelines, technical integrations, training, and communication with senior management.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• 8–10 years of experience in card payment operations, product management, project management, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of hirify.globalNet or similar payment network infrastructure, including authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Experience managing complex network product enhancement projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
