Senior Product Analyst (PIX) - Wallet & Banking (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the strategy for PIX products across payment and financial services.
• Translate market demands, customer needs, business opportunities, and regulatory requirements into product strategies and executable roadmaps.
• Manage quarterly and annual roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and track strategic delivery with stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze data in Databricks, and generate actionable business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve product value, efficiency, innovation, competitiveness, and customer experience.
• Coordinate squad activities, support sprint planning, refine the backlog, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Risk.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or product analysis, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, or digital financial services.
• Strong product vision, strategy development, prioritization, and roadmap management skills.
• Experience defining KPIs, interpreting product performance data, and developing business recommendations.
• Experience with data analysis environments such as Databricks.
• Understanding of PIX, payment products, banking integrations, the Brazilian fintech ecosystem, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
