Senior Product Manager - AI Solutions (Brazil Based)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Credit and Fraud Operations products.
• Lead product discovery by identifying operational pain points, validating opportunities, and translating user insights into initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Governance teams to deliver AI-native agents and case management experiences.
• Specify prompts, agent workflows, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Coordinate global co-development, stakeholder workshops, executive discussions, dependencies, and product investment priorities.
• Monitor product performance, operational metrics, customer outcomes, and adoption to guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency required for communication in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Product Management, including product discovery, Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization.
• Experience building and delivering AI/GenAI-powered products, including prompt design, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Experience with API-based products, platform architectures, analytical decision-making, and distributed global teams.
• Knowledge of credit, fraud, identity verification, KYC, AML, underwriting, or related operational domains is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Risk, Credit, Fraud, or Identity domains.
• Experience launching and scaling AI-native enterprise products.
• Familiarity with AI governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, Jira, Confluence, product analytics platforms, and AI development ecosystems.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility.
