Securities Operations Associate I (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review and interpret correspondence related to account maintenance.
• Process account maintenance, loan payoffs, paid loans, payments, payment exceptions, insurance updates, and loan modifications.
• Review loan applications and documentation for regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
• Research and resolve account questions, payment issues, credit bureau disputes, and Reg Z disputes.
• Perform escrow analyses and monitor daily reconciliation reports.
• Communicate with clients and third parties by phone, email, and workflow tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Effective interpersonal skills and sensitivity when working with others.
• For positions located in the US, a drug test is required after a conditional offer.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial industry experience.
