What you will do

• Execute day-to-day incoming and outgoing wire operations within service level agreements.
• Manage and resolve Money Movement General Ledger exceptions and escalations.
• Oversee the ACH exception process flow and outgoing wire processing.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to optimize workflows.
• Prepare detailed memos and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent military experience.
• General understanding of basic money movement process flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work authorization and residency in the USA (Richardson, TX or Draper, UT).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Prior experience in Back Office Money Movement.
