What you will do

• Process mutual fund financial service requests, including purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account setup.
• Perform daily account activities efficiently and accurately while meeting quality and productivity objectives.
• Review entered transactions for accuracy and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Research and resolve open or complex account issues by communicating with advisors, shareholders, and clients by phone.
• Collaborate in a virtual environment and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant account information and financial services industry trends.
