Corporate Trust Operations Associate (Ireland)

What you will do

• Analyze corporate trust account details and incoming documentation to support accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Set up new accounts, update existing accounts, process ownership transfers, and execute customer payments.
• Research and resolve operational and calculation discrepancies raised by bondholders and business partners.
• Execute defined test plans for projects affecting Corporate Trust Operations and assess system functionality for special processing needs.
• Identify processing issues and implement approved control and process improvements.
• Communicate with bondholders and internal stakeholders while supporting training for less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and work experience including at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain accuracy under time constraints.
• Ability to understand and follow risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.
• Ability to collaborate with business and support stakeholders.
