Corporate Trust Operations Associate (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Analyze corporate trust account details and documentation to support accurate transaction processing.
• Set up new accounts and process account adjustments, ownership transfers, and payments in the bondholder system of record.
• Research and resolve operational and calculation discrepancies raised by bondholders and business partners.
• Execute defined test plans for projects affecting Corporate Trust Operations and help assess system functionality.
• Identify processing issues and support approved control and process improvements.
• Communicate with bondholders and internal business partners while meeting regulatory deadlines and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or at least 5 years of combined higher education and work experience including 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under time constraints.
• Ability to understand and follow risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
• Ability to collaborate with business and support stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients.

Nice to have

• Financial services internship or professional experience.
• Securities knowledge.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set an example for less experienced personnel.
