What you will do

• Align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational performance.
• Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession, and development.
• Advise on organizational design, team structures, and change management.
• Guide performance management cycles and analyze engagement surveys to improve employee experience.
• Handle employee relations queries and escalate complex issues.
• Utilize HR metrics for decision-making and provide insights to leaders.
• Facilitate coaching for managers and support leadership communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HRBP or generalist role, preferably in matrix/global organization.
• Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and data-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools; comfortable in fast-paced environment.
