What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market and business functions, initially with an emphasis on Sales.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate quality, and refine role requirements.
• Establish scalable recruiting workflows and systems using Ashby and modern recruiting technologies.
• Design structured interview processes, train interviewers, and improve hiring decisions.
• Use data, experimentation, and AI-powered tools to improve recruiting and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Track record of hiring high-performing Go-to-Market talent, particularly in Sales and Customer Success.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Business judgment and ability to influence hiring managers and leaders through close partnership.
• Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
