Legal Recruiter (AI)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring across legal roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand roles and define effective hiring strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates, including in-demand legal professionals.
• Build scalable recruiting processes and track hiring metrics.
• Represent hirify.global to candidates and create a strong candidate experience.
• Use candidate conversations and recruiting data to improve sourcing and closing strategies.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting legal talent, or strong recruiting experience in another domain with the ability to learn legal hiring quickly.
• Proven ability to close discerning, in-demand candidates.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines from scratch.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to earn trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
• Curiosity about AI and experience with an ATS such as Ashby, or the ability to learn it quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience as an early or first recruiter building recruiting operations from zero to one.
• Experience recruiting lawyers or other high-end professional talent.
