Candidate Experience Lead (Recruiting)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; onsite in the office 5 days per week

Salary: €41,714.58–€55,167.54 gross annual salary, with possible bonuses or other variable compensation

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination and execution in partnership with recruiters.
• Manage candidate progression, communications, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate logistics.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, including baseline tests for Grading and Authentication pipelines.
• Manage high-volume applicant and interview workflows using scheduling software and the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to improve recruiting processes and build the coordination function.
• Support Germany-specific hiring and pre-employment processes, including documentation for international candidates.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in service-oriented or customer-facing roles and at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Interest in talent acquisition or human resources; recruiting or coordination experience is beneficial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to manage high volumes of candidates and emails.
• Proactive, collaborative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Fluent German and English are required.
