Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-person with 4 days on-site and 1 day working from home

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for engineering, builder, and operator roles.
• Partner with the Head of Talent, founders, and leadership to define hiring needs and plans.
• Design interview processes, role scorecards, and structured hiring systems.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach and candidate experience through closing.
• Strengthen the talent brand and position hirify.global as a destination for technical candidates in the developer and AI ecosystem.
• Build recruiting processes and systems that scale with company growth.

Requirements

• Proven ability to source and close strong engineering candidates in competitive markets.
• Technical recruiting expertise, including understanding developer profiles and technical hiring signals.
• Experience owning the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.
• Ability to partner strategically with founders, leaders, and hiring managers.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and data-driven operational skills.
• Comfort working with speed, autonomy, and ownership in an early-stage startup.
