Senior Manager, Commercial Portfolio Performance (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Lead commercial portfolio performance frameworks covering standardised metrics, reporting cycles, data quality, controls, and escalation processes.
• Prepare and continuously improve commercial portfolio reports, dashboards, scorecards, board materials, investor reports, and executive insights.
• Conduct portfolio health checks and commercial assurance reviews to identify risks, trends, variances, control gaps, and performance issues.
• Translate commercial data into recommendations and corrective actions for Commercial Development leadership and project stakeholders.
• Drive consistent use of cost and contract management, procurement, project reporting, and related commercial systems across regions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement while guiding analysts and reporting resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial management, portfolio performance, governance, reporting, construction management, project controls, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading reporting, governance, performance management, or assurance workstreams across multiple projects, regions, or business units.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, cash flow, contract administration, procurement, variations, claims, risk management, and project controls.
• Experience creating senior management and executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, portfolio health checks, and performance insights.
• Experience with commercial systems, ERP, project reporting, procurement, dashboarding, or business intelligence platforms.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Commerce, Law, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
