What you will do

• Own performance across revenue, traffic, conversion, margin, discount investment, customer behaviour, and proposition KPIs.
• Diagnose performance drivers and translate insights into clear, prioritised commercial actions.
• Lead market forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reviews, articulating risks and opportunities.
• Use AI, automation, and self-service analytics to accelerate decision-making and reduce manual reporting.
• Shape market strategies and test-and-learn plans across product, pricing, promotion, marketing, and customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Digital Trading, Pricing, Planning, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in e-commerce, retail trading, commercial strategy, or digital analytics.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear decisions and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of key e-commerce drivers.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL and BI tools highly desirable.
• Practical experience using AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve productivity and decision-making.
