Area Customer Experience Specialist Non-NMLS-14 (Banking)

Location: Kingsland, Texas, United States; office-based with travel between local branch locations.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches, supporting customer transactions and general branch banking needs.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers about deposits, loans, online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Support branch colleagues and maintain consistent customer experiences across changing work locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability for travel between multiple branch locations.
• Comfort with banking technology, customer service, and financial product discussions.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Notary licensing.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and presentation skills.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
